Mentor Requirements
Professional Experience
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in your field of expertise.
Education & Credentials
Relevant degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience in your area of specialization.
Time Commitment
Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to mentoring activities and student support.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Teaching Aptitude
Passion for teaching and ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
Our selection process includes an application review, interview, and teaching demonstration to ensure our mentors provide the highest quality guidance to our students.
